Se trata de un m\u00e9todo de agrupamiento de encuestados u objetos en determinados subconjuntos. Esta tarea se realiza en funci\u00f3n de las respuestas otorgadas. Se busca formar grupos homog\u00e9neos internamente y heterog\u00e9neos entre ellos.
